Dementia Friendly

We are a Dementia Friendly Practice!

‘A dementia-friendly community is a city, town or village where people with dementia are understood, respected and supported.’

Our Team have completed specific dementia awareness sessions. A dementia-friendly assessment has been completed and we have taken steps to improve areas that need attention.

We welcome any feedback about how we are doing from patients, families and carers.
